If you are dissatisfied by your purchase in anyway and wish to return you item, you can return your purchase by emailing Susanne@thenorthumbriantweedcompany.co.uk or using the contact us page without questions asked, within 7 days after you receive your order. It is absolutely important that the product has not been used, copied or in any case damaged. Returned makes must be sent back in original condition.
A full refund (excluding the shipping charges) will be given upon return of the item however personalised or items where The Northumbrian Tweed Company have created a design for you will only have a 50% refund. The money will be returned within 14 working days. Shipping costs are not subject to refund.

If you have a complaint to make then please email Susanne@thenorthumbriantweedcompany.co.uk, or use the contact us form on the website. You can also contact Susanne on 07500903153 and she will be happy to deal with any complaint and make amends. All complaints will be dealt with, within 3 working days (this is the maximum time during busy periods) from the date of the complaint being received. In case of our acceptance of your complaint, the defective product will be exchanged for one that is free of defects. If the product to be replaced is not in stock (sometimes this can take up to 3 weeks to receive the fabric back in stock), you have the option to take a refund of the purchased price, or wait until the fabric is back in stock and your order will have the highest priority. The item that is to be return will be collected by the courier from The Northumbrian Tweed Company, should the courier be unsuccessful to collect the item (which will be previously arranged) then the original shipping costs of the item will not be returned.
